Bank: monobank
Payments to your monobank sole proprietor account appear in the shop at once, and orders with their number in the purpose get paid by themselves.

Your monobank sole proprietor account connects to the “Banking” section, and every incoming payment appears in the shop as soon as the money is credited. If a customer paid for an order by transfer with the order number in the purpose, the shop marks the order as paid itself, and you get a notification.
What it does
- Adds monobank to the bank list of the “Banking” section: the account connects with a personal token and the IBAN of your sole proprietor account.
- Receives monobank’s notice about every transaction and checks it against the bank statement right away. A forged notice records and pays nothing.
- Also checks the statement on the schedule set in “Auto-refresh”, so a payment is not lost even if the notice did not arrive.
- After setup, loads the last six months of transactions, one month per sync.
- Works only with the sole proprietor account you entered. The shop does not store transactions on your personal cards.
- Supports several sole proprietor accounts on one token, such as hryvnia and dollar ones.
- Shows the account balance and a clear reason if the bank did not answer or notifications did not turn on.
What you need
- The “Banking” plugin enabled.
- A monobank sole proprietor account and a personal token from api.monobank.ua (sign in with the monobank app).
- A working task queue and the scheduled task on the server.

What’s new
After you connect a monobank account, the shop loads transactions for the last six months, not just the last two days. Accounts connected earlier will get their history too. monobank sends a statement no more than once a minute, so the shop loads one month per sync, and the full history appears after about seven syncs.
What to do after updating
Update “Banking” to version 1.4.0, the history does not load without it.
