Bank: PrivatBank

Your PrivatBank business account plugs into the «Banking» section and its statement arrives in the shop by itself. Customer payments are visible without logging into the internet bank — amount, payer and payment purpose included.

What it does

• Adds PrivatBank to the list of banks in the «Banking» section; an account is set up with a couple of fields.
• Loads the statement of a sole trader / business account for the period you need: money in and out, date and time, document number, payment purpose.
• Shows the payer — counterparty name, account, tax code and bank; your own details for the transaction are stored too.
• Fetches the statement page by page, so long periods with hundreds of entries arrive in full.
• Can download the entire account history, and on a routine refresh it re-reads the last week, so entries the bank posted with an earlier date are not lost.
• Brings in the account balance along with the turnover for the period.
• Reports plainly when the bank does not answer or refuses: the reason is shown on the account card and previously loaded data stays untouched.

What you need

• The «Banking» plugin switched on — on its own this one displays nothing.
• A business (sole trader) account at PrivatBank: personal card accounts are not supported yet.
• A statements token from the PrivatBank for Business cabinet (the «Autoclient» area) and the account IBAN. Some accounts are also issued a client identifier — enter it as well if yours requires one.
