Banking
A Banking section: your bank statements right inside the shop.
Money arriving in your bank account is visible inside the shop: the statement is pulled in on its own, so you no longer open the internet bank just to check whether a payment came through. Transactions from every account sit in one register with filters and period totals.
What it does
- Creates a «Banking» section holding your accounts — each with its own name, colour and on/off switch.
- Pulls the statement on a schedule: every minute, 5, 15, 30 minutes or hourly; you can also start a load by hand with a button.
- Loads the account history by itself, month by month, a little at every sync, and re-loading never produces duplicates.
- Shows a register for one account or for all at once: filters by date range and by money in/out, plus turnover and the totals received and spent over the chosen period.
- Marks the order as paid by itself when a payment matches it: the purpose has the order number and the amount is what the order expects. Disputed payments stay with you, and a paid one shows a link to the order in the ledger.
- Keeps the latest account balance together with the time it was refreshed.
- Announces every incoming payment: a card in the staff notification centre showing who paid, into which account and what for, plus e-mail, SMS, Telegram or WhatsApp per account settings.
- Stores bank access details encrypted and never shows them back in the form.
What you need
- The plugin for your bank — PrivatBank and monobank are available today; without one there is nothing to connect an account to.
- The access details your bank issues for the account.
- A regular scheduled task enabled on the server — statements are pulled automatically by it.
- A working task queue: loading by button runs in the background.
- For SMS, Telegram or WhatsApp — a configured connection in the shop's notifications; e-mail is sent right away.
What we fixed
The add-on’s hints, description and guide now name panel sections the same way the menu does. Some paths used to point to places like Settings → Add-ons, which are gone since CartiX 2.131.0.
What’s new
An account in “Banking” now shows transactions from previous months, not just the last few days. The shop loads the history bit by bit at every sync, and the line under the account status shows how many months have been checked and how many transactions were found. Accounts connected before the update will also load their history, once. Old payments do not mark orders as paid, and you will not get notifications about them.
If the statement for some month can never be loaded, a date appears under the account status, and the statement has no transactions before it.
What to do after updating
Make sure auto-refresh is on in “Banking”, because the history loads together with it. If it is off, click “Sync”, and each click loads the next portion.
What’s new
An order paid by a transfer to your account can now move to the right status by itself. Open the account in “Banking” and choose a status in the “Order after payment” block, for example “Paid”. Before, the money only marked the payment, and a manager changed the order status. The order only moves down the list of statuses, so a late payment will not send an already shipped order back. What to do after updating
Update the shop to 2.108.1 first: the add-on will not install without it. Then choose a status for your accounts and check the order of statuses in “Settings → Orders”.
What’s new
The shop now marks an order as paid by itself when money for it reaches your account. For this, the payment purpose must contain the order number (“№28257”, “замовлення 28257”), and the amount must be exactly what the order expects. The customer gets a payment email, and you get an “Order … is paid” notification.
The shop does not decide disputed cases for you. A payment stays unmatched if no number was found, the amount differs, two orders fit, the order waits for a card payment through a payment system, or it is older than three months.
If loading the statement failed, the reason is now shown under the account name.

Before updating
The add-on needs CartiX core 2.108.0 — update the shop first.
Fixed
A notification about an incoming bank payment now opens the Banking section instead of the dashboard. To have notifications that already arrived open correctly as well, update your shop to version 2.81.0.
What's new
A payment notification shows the amount in the account's color, as in the operations table. With several accounts you see at once which one received the money. The account color is set in its settings. This needs store core 2.80.2; on earlier versions the amount is shown in the default color.
The section in the new panel
Banking has moved into the new control panel: accounts with their balance and colour mark on the left, the transaction ledger with a summary for the period on the right. The state of the last sync is shown in the account header, and how often the shop fetches the statement and how often the list refreshes are set right there, under the account list.
An icon of its own
In the «Plugins» section and in the list of installed items the add-on now shows its own icon instead of an identical box, so you find the one you need at a glance. The icon appears on shops running version 1.30.0 and newer.
