Fiscal receipts: Checkbox
Issues fiscal receipts to your customers through the Checkbox service. A receipt is created as soon as the order is paid and appears in the order as a link you can send to the customer or check with the tax office. The cash shift opens and closes on its own, and when needed a sale or refund receipt is issued with a button inside the order. You can try it safely: create a test register in Checkbox — its receipts never reach the tax office.

What’s new
A wrong receipt can now be corrected right in the order. Press “Refund receipt” and wait until the cash register confirms it. The “Issue a receipt” button then appears again, and you use it to issue the correct sale receipt. Until the refund is confirmed, the order shows no receipt buttons, so you cannot issue an extra one by mistake. After a refund the shop issues a new sale receipt only when you press the button, never by itself on payment or a status change. While the order is in the “Refunded” status, there is no “Issue a receipt” button, because the customer has already got the money back.

This version installs only on CartiX 2.127.1 or later. Update CartiX first, then Checkbox.
What's new
The “Fiscal receipts” block on the order page has moved from the right column to just below the payment block. The receipt now sits next to the payment method and payment status.
The register settings have a new field, “Product code on the receipt”. The Checkbox account tells products apart in reports by this code. Right now the receipt carries the SKU. If different products share the same SKU, for example “5 pcs” for every pack size, choose “Product number in your shop”.
Fixed
A receipt for an order paid by IBAN transfer, to a card or by invoice is now issued as cashless, with the payment method “З поточного рахунку”. Before, such a receipt showed a cash payment (“Готівка”), even though the money went into your account. Payments by link through IBAN oplata now also show “З поточного рахунку” on the receipt instead of “Інтернет еквайринг”.
For LiqPay and WayForPay payments the receipt now shows the payment method “Платіж через інтегратора LIQPAY” or “Платіж через інтегратора WAYFORPAY”, as the law requires. Before, these receipts showed the generic “Інтернет еквайринг”.
When all the products on a receipt are returned, the refund receipt repeats their names and codes from the sale receipt, even if the “Product code on the receipt” setting or the product name has changed since.

What’s new
You can now connect the register with the cashier login and password if the cashier has no PIN code. The login and password are set on the cashier card in your Checkbox account. If a PIN code is set as well, the register signs in with it and uses the login and password only when the PIN code does not work.
What’s new
A receipt for a cash-on-delivery order can now be issued as a NovaPay payment. Nova Poshta collects the money for such a parcel, so if you issue the receipt when the parcel is sent, it should show a cashless payment “Платіж через інтегратора NovaPay” rather than cash. You can choose this in the register settings, in the “Cash on delivery on the receipt” field. If you change nothing, cash on delivery is printed as cash, as before.
What we fixed
If a manager pressed “Issue a receipt” while the shop was already issuing the same receipt after payment, an error appeared half a minute later. Now the manager sees a message that the receipt is already being issued and finds it in the list a minute later. A second receipt for the same purchase is never issued.
Fixed
The «Fiscal receipts» block is back on the order card: the list of issued receipts and the buttons to issue and refund them. After the shop was updated to version 2.0 the block disappeared, and there was nowhere to issue a receipt for an order by hand.
Receipts show the unit of sale
For goods sold by weight or length the receipt now shows «kg», «m» or «l» next to the quantity instead of a bare number. The line reads clearly at the till, and customers ask fewer questions about it.
An icon of its own
In the «Plugins» section and in the list of installed items the add-on now shows its own icon instead of an identical box, so you find the one you need at a glance. The icon appears on shops running version 1.30.0 and newer.
Verified against a live register. Removed the defunct test environment address, the shift auto-close time now fits the current day, and a receipt delayed by an opening shift is sent automatically.
