Bank transfer payment

Payment by transfer to your IBAN account: bank details, an NBU QR code and bank buttons right after checkout.

Screenshots are coming soon.

A bank transfer costs no acquiring fee and has no middleman: the money goes straight to your account. The add-on makes this kind of payment convenient for the customer. After checkout they see the recipient, IBAN, code, amount and payment purpose, and the transfer opens in their banking app already filled in.

What it does

  • Adds payment by transfer to your IBAN account at checkout.
  • Shows the bank details on the “Order placed” page and on the order payment page that the email or message link leads to. The customer copies each field with one tap.
  • Draws a QR code to the National Bank of Ukraine standard: the customer scans it with their phone and the transfer opens filled in.
  • On a phone, shows monobank and Privat24 buttons that open the transfer right in the banking app. Other banks get an “Another bank” button.
  • Does not let the customer change the amount or the payment purpose in the banking app, so every transfer arrives for exactly the order amount and with its number.
  • Adds an “I have paid” button: you get a notification, an entry appears in the order history, and the order moves to the status you choose, such as “Paid, being checked”.
  • Marks the order as paid by itself when the money reaches your account, if you connect the account in the “Banking” plugin.
  • Warns in the payment method list if the bank details lack the full name or tax number, or the IBAN has an error.

What you need

  • Seller details in “Settings → Print forms”: full name, tax number and a Ukrainian IBAN.
  • Orders in hryvnia: an order in another currency cannot be paid this way.
  • For payments to be marked automatically, the “Banking” plugin and your bank’s plugin (PrivatBank or monobank).

What appears in the shop

This is what a shopper sees once it is installed.

  • On the “Order placed” page the payment details appear: recipient, IBAN, code, amount and purpose, a QR code and banking app buttons. The details are shown only for orders with this payment method, until the order is paid. The customer can come back to them later through the payment link from an email or message.
  • On the order payment page — the same details, QR code, bank buttons and the “I have paid” button.
1.1.2 23.10.2026

What we fixed

The add-on’s hints, description and guide now name panel sections the same way the menu does. Some paths used to point to places like Settings → Add-ons, which are gone since CartiX 2.131.0.

1.1.1 20.10.2026

The add-on's catalog description is now shorter and covers both payment methods together.

1.1.0 20.10.2026

What’s new

The plugin now accepts card transfers, for example to a FOP card in monobank. After checkout the customer sees the card number, the recipient, the amount and a comment with the order number, copies each one with a tap, and taps “I have paid” after sending the money. You get a notification, and if you picked a status for “I have paid”, the order moves to it. The shop checks the card number for typos and doesn’t show a number with a mistake. As with IBAN, only hryvnia orders can be paid this way.

To turn it on, add the “Card transfer” method in your payment settings and enter the card number.

1.0.2 19.10.2026

What we fixed

You can now set the text for the customer separately for each language of your shop. Before, there was a single field, and customers on the Ukrainian storefront saw this text in the language your panel was open in, usually Russian.

What to do after the update

If you never changed the standard text, you don’t need to do anything. The Ukrainian storefront will show it in Ukrainian. If you wrote your own text, customers in every language see it until you add a translation. You add the translation in the payment method settings, in the “Text for the customer” field for that language.

1.0.1 15.10.2026

What’s new

The payment method now warns about two mistakes in the bank details that stop the money from arriving or the payment from being marked by itself. First: the tax number belongs to a sole proprietor, but the recipient is named, for example, like the shop. The bank checks the recipient against the account owner and may reject such a transfer, so enter “ФОП Surname Name Patronymic”. Second: the account from the bank details is not connected in “Banking” or is turned off there, for example a personal card is given instead of the business account. The warning is shown next to the payment method in the settings. More: https://cartixx.com/docs/catalog/iban-payment

1.0.0 15.10.2026

What’s new

First release. The customer pays by transfer to your IBAN account with no acquiring fee. After checkout they see the bank details, amount and payment purpose, copy each field with one tap, scan the NBU-standard QR code or tap the monobank or Privat24 button — the transfer opens already filled in. The amount and purpose cannot be changed in the banking app, so every transfer carries the order number.

The “I have paid” button sends you a notification and moves the order to the status you choose. With the “Banking” add-on, the shop marks the order as paid by itself as soon as the money arrives.
