Payment by invoice
Bank-transfer payment by invoice: the customer instantly gets a ready invoice with your details and a QR code.
Screenshots are coming soon.
Companies and some private buyers pay by bank transfer rather than by card. Usually that means a conversation: the customer asks for your details, a manager puts an invoice together by hand and sends it over a messenger. This plugin does it for you: the customer picks payment by invoice and immediately gets a finished document — your name, your bank account, the amount in words, a signature and a stamp.
What it does
- Puts a «Payment by invoice» option into checkout — a bank transfer to your account.
- Shows an «Invoice» button right after checkout; the same button sits on the order payment page, so the customer can come back to the invoice at any time.
- Opens the invoice as its own print-ready page: the customer prints it or saves it as PDF from the browser.
- Prints a QR code in the single Ukrainian standard — the customer points a banking app at it and the payee, account, amount and reference fill in by themselves.
- Puts a due date and a payment reference with the order number on the invoice; both are yours to word.
- Lets you choose which layout to print and which company or sole trader to bill from — each storefront has its own setting.
- Brings its own «Invoice (with QR)» layout, edited in the «Print forms» section next to your other paperwork; you can copy it there if you need a separate invoice for companies.
- Issues the invoice number and date once: however many times the customer opens the link, your accountant sees the very same document.
- Opens the invoice only through the order's personal link, so no outsider can see it.
What you need
- Fill in your company details under «Print forms → Company details»: name, bank account (IBAN) and registration number. Without them the invoice comes out blank and no QR code appears.
- Create a payment method of this type in the settings of the storefront you need and enable it.
- The QR code is printed for invoices in hryvnia: the Ukrainian standard knows no other currency.
- The money goes straight to your bank account, bypassing the shop, so you mark the order as paid by hand once you see it there.
What appears in the shop
This is what a shopper sees once it is installed.
- On the «Order placed» page an «Invoice» button appears — the customer opens the invoice, prints it or saves it as PDF. The button appears only for orders placed with payment by invoice. Its look is changed in the design editor, and the invoice layout itself in «Settings → Print forms».
- On the order payment page (opened from an email or SMS link) the same «Invoice» button appears, so the customer can come back to the invoice at any time. The invoice opens through the order's personal link — the same one that takes the customer to the payment page.
New shop pages
- /invoice/{ссылка заказа} The invoice itself: a separate, print-ready page. It opens only through the order's personal link, so no outsider can see it. The page is printed by the browser and saved as PDF. Its look comes from the chosen invoice layout rather than from the storefront design — an invoice must look the same on screen and on paper.
