Printing price tags and barcode stickers — for a whole group of products or while picking an order.
The plugin lets you quickly print price tags and barcode stickers — for a whole group of products from the catalogue at once, or right while picking an order. You create the label layout yourself: you work on a canvas that matches the real size of the sticker, and every element can simply be dragged with the mouse. You see straight away how the text, font and size will look.
A label can carry the product name, the price and the old price, the SKU, a barcode, a QR code, attributes, an image and graphic lines. Ready-made formats for thermal printers and A4 sticker sheets are supported. If products have no barcodes, the plugin can automatically assign them their own codes for a whole group of products at once.
What it does
- Adds a «Labels» button to the catalogue: tick the products and print stickers for the selected ones or for everything the filter found.
- Prints stickers from an order line by line, as many as the customer ordered — handy when the order is picked in the warehouse.
- Gives you a drag-and-drop layout editor: elements move with the mouse and arrow keys and snap to the grid and to the edges of neighbouring fields.
- Prints EAN-13 and Code 128 barcodes. The kind is chosen automatically: thirteen digits print as the familiar EAN-13, an SKU with letters prints as Code 128.
- Assigns its own barcodes to products that have no factory code: the codes come from the range reserved for shops and will never clash with someone else's product.
- Lets you upload your own picture — a sale badge, a quality mark, a supplier logo — and place it on any label.
- Counts copies the way the work needs: one per product, one per item in stock after goods are received, or as many as you say.
- Comes with ready-made templates: a price tag, a warehouse barcode label and a sticker for an order line.
What you need
- Any printer: a thermal roll printer, or an ordinary one if you print on A4 sticker sheets.
- Catalogue access for the person printing price tags, and order access for the stickers used while picking.

Как напечатать ценники на несколько товаров
- Откройте «Каталог» и отметьте нужные товары галочками. Над списком появится полоса с кнопкой «Этикетки».
- Если товаров много, нажмите «Выбрать все найденные» — напечатаются все, что попали под фильтр, а не только видимые на странице.
- Нажмите «Этикетки». Откроется страница печати, а сверху — панель, где можно сменить шаблон, выбрать количество копий и нажать «Печать».
Копии считаются тремя способами:
- по одной — обычный ценник на полку;
- по остатку — на каждую штуку своя наклейка, удобно сразу после приёмки;
- указать самому — когда нужно ровно столько, сколько вы напечатаете.
Отдельно выбирается, печатать все варианты товара или только основной: у товара с десятью размерами свой штрихкод у каждого, но ценник в зал часто нужен один.
Как напечатать наклейки на заказ
Откройте заказ и нажмите «Этикетки». Наклейки напечатаются по позициям — столько штук, сколько человек заказал. На них есть номер заказа, название, количество и штрихкод: сборщик клеит их на товар и не путает позиции.
Как нарисовать свой макет
Раздел «Ярлыки товара» в меню. Слева список шаблонов, справа — холст размером с настоящую наклейку.
- Нажмите «Новый шаблон» и выберите готовый размер: рулон для термопринтера (58 × 40 мм и другие) или лист наклеек A4.
- Перетащите нужное поле из палитры слева прямо на этикетку. Поле можно двигать мышью и стрелками, менять размер за уголки — оно прилипает к сетке и к краям соседних полей.
- Справа настраиваются шрифт, начертание, выравнивание, сколько строк помещается и поворот — на узкой рулонной этикетке текст часто ставят боком.
- Кнопка «Пробная печать» покажет макет на настоящем товаре, а не на выдуманном: сразу видно, помещается ли название.
Что можно поставить на этикетку: название товара и варианта, цену и старую цену, артикул, штрихкод, QR-код, любую характеристику, свободный текст, картинку и линии.
Штрихкоды
Штрихкод берётся из карточки товара — поле «Штрихкод» у каждого варианта. Вид кода подбирается сам: тринадцать цифр печатаются привычным EAN-13, артикул с буквами — кодом Code 128. Если штрихкода нет вовсе, на этикетку идёт артикул.
Товарам без кода можно присвоить свои: отметьте их в каталоге, нажмите «Изменить выбранные» и выберите действие «Присвоить штрихкоды». Коды берутся из диапазона 200–299, отведённого магазинам под собственные товары, — такой код не встретится на чужой упаковке. Уже заполненные коды не трогаются: штрихкод с упаковки поставщика заменять своим нельзя.
Своя картинка на этикетке
Значок акции, знак качества, логотип поставщика — поставьте на этикетку элемент «Картинка» и выберите «Своя картинка». Загруженная один раз картинка доступна во всех шаблонах.
Что нужно для работы
- Любой принтер: рулонный термопринтер или обычный, если печатать на листах наклеек A4. Ничего доустанавливать на сервер не нужно.
- Доступ к каталогу — у того, кто печатает ценники; доступ к заказам — для наклеек при сборке.
What we fixed
On a label a feature with a unit was printed as a bare number: a flacon showed «10» instead of «10 ml». The value now prints the way the customer sees it on the site. A yes/no feature used to show a tick with nothing to say what it meant — the label now carries a word.
What to do after updating
Open your layouts and look at the feature fields: the value grew by its unit, and a narrow label may run out of room.
Label images go through the shop’s common check
An icon or a logo saved as SVG by a graphics editor used to be refused: the server reads such a file as plain text. A label image is now accepted by the same check as every other shop image, and is cleaned before it is stored — scripts and requests to third-party servers are removed from the file.
The plugin is now called «Product labels»
The former name «Price tags and labels» has changed to «Product labels» — that is how the section is named in the shop menu and in the plugin catalogue. Nothing needs reconfiguring: templates, layouts and uploaded images stay where they are.
The section has a new look: the list of templates on the left, the set of fields next to it, the canvas with the label and the properties of the selected field. The canvas fits the width of the screen, so the whole label is visible. The section names and hints now arrive together with the plugin itself.
Labels for goods sold by the pack
You get as many labels as there are packs in the order line, not as many as there are metres or litres in it. If the pack has its own barcode, that is what goes on the label — the warehouse scanner reads the code on the box, not on the jar inside. The unit is printed as a word from the shop own list.
An icon of its own
In the «Plugins» section and in the list of installed items the add-on now shows its own icon instead of an identical box, so you find the one you need at a glance. The icon appears on shops running version 1.30.0 and newer.
The price on the label matches the price on the storefront
The add-on reads the price and the compare-at price through the same calculation the rest of the shop uses, so a printed label cannot drift apart from what shoppers see on the site — including when the variant has its own currency or a promotion applies to the product.
This update requires shop version 1.27.0 or newer.
Labels for several orders at once
The «Labels» button inside an order now asks which orders to print for: the current one is ticked straight away and you can add the rest of the day shipment. The same button appeared in the order list next to form printing — stickers for the whole shipment print as one batch, without opening every order.
