LiqPay (PrivatBank)

Card payment taken at checkout means orders that are already paid for, not a promise to transfer the money tomorrow. With LiqPay the customer pays by Visa or Mastercard, from Privat24, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and once the payment succeeds the order is marked as paid on its own, with no manual reconciliation of incoming money.

What it does

• Sends the customer to the secure LiqPay page: card, Privat24, Apple Pay, Google Pay — card details never reach your shop.
• Marks the order as paid on the bank's confirmation; that confirmation is verified by signature, so a payment cannot be faked from outside.
• Tells intermediate states apart — funds held, payment in processing — and does not mark such an order paid too early.
• Supports PrivatBank pay-in-parts and instant instalments; if you wish, plain card payment can be hidden on the LiqPay page so only instalments remain.
• Lets you refund the customer straight from the order — in full or in part, across several refunds.
• Includes a test mode: run the whole payment through without money being charged and make sure orders are accepted correctly.

What you need

• A LiqPay merchant account with the public and private keys from the cabinet settings.
• Pay-in-parts or instant instalments must be enabled separately with LiqPay — without that the option will not show on the payment page.
• The number of instalments offered to the customer is configured in your LiqPay cabinet.
