Meest

Adds Meest delivery at checkout: the customer picks a city and a branch or parcel locker, or asks for a courier to the door. The shipping cost is calculated right away and shown in the order. The list of branches is pulled from Meest and kept current automatically — you will need the credentials of your Meest account.
