Shop products on Prom.ua on a schedule, Prom orders right in the «Orders» section, statuses and waybills back to Prom.

The add-on uploads your products to Prom.ua and receives orders from it. The shop builds the Prom file itself and refreshes it on a schedule, and you paste its link into your Prom account once. Prom orders appear in the «Orders» section next to website orders, at the Prom price and with stock reserved for them.
What it does
- Builds the Prom file: the whole catalog or chosen categories, with a price markup and rounding, in the languages you need. A marketplace can have several uploads with their own rules and link.
- Links your categories to Prom categories and shows in advance which products did not go and why.
- Picks up Prom orders every five minutes: finds the buyer by phone, puts the Nova Poshta branch into the order and reserves stock.
- Tells Prom what happened to the order: accepted, completed or cancelled, the waybill number, the receipt link for orders paid through Prom, a refund to the buyer.
- A minute after a sale on the website tells Prom the new stock, so a sold product is not bought a second time.
What you need
To upload products, paste the file link into your Prom account. For orders you need an API key from your Prom account («Settings → API tokens») with access to orders.
What’s fixed
The API key hint asked only for access to orders. With such a key orders arrived, but stock on Prom was not updated after a sale. Now the hint and the error message say the key needs read and write access to both the orders and the products groups. If more than 20,000 orders changed since the last check, the shop no longer promises to read them later and asks you to contact support.
What to do after the update
If stock on Prom is not updated after a sale, open the key in your Prom account under API token management and give it access to the products group. More: https://cartixx.com/docs/marketplaces/prom
