Bonus points and loyalty

A loyalty programme for your shop: shoppers earn points on purchases and pay with them for the next orders. You set the earning percentage, the order status that triggers it, how long points live and how much of an order they may cover — the shop does the rest. Levels raise the percentage for those who buy more, so a «gold» shopper needs no explanation of why coming back pays off. Points can be added or taken by hand — for a delay, for a review, as an apology; every such move is signed by the employee. Shoppers see the balance and history in their account and spend points right at checkout. Expired points are written off automatically with a warning in advance, and a cancelled order returns what was spent.

A detailed description is on its way.

What we fixed

The add-on's screen now looks like the rest of the panel: its buttons, sizes and colours are taken from the panel's own set instead of being written into the add-on separately. It used to live a life of its own — the panel changed its look, and the add-on's screen stayed as it was and looked out of place.

Settings and tiers are back in the panel

The loyalty programme is configured again: the earning percentage, the order state that awards points, how long they live, points for signing up and how much of an order can be covered with points. The rules are set separately for each storefront.

Customer tiers get their own screen: tier name, purchase threshold and points percentage. You also see how many points sit on customer accounts. The order state list now shows your own names instead of internal codes.

An icon of its own

In the «Plugins» section and in the list of installed items the add-on now shows its own icon instead of an identical box, so you find the one you need at a glance. The icon appears on shops running version 1.30.0 and newer.
