Invoices and delivery notes from an order go to a shared folder for your accountants.
Your accountants need the very invoices and delivery notes the shop prints, and usually somebody forwards them by hand. This plugin does it for you: buttons appear on the order card, and a press sends the document to a shared folder as a ready PDF file. The same document can travel on its own when the order reaches a given status.
What it does
- Sends any of your printed forms — an invoice, a delivery note, one of your own — exactly as it looks when printed in the shop.
- Lets you set up as many rules as you need: each has its own form, folder, file name and moment of sending. Every rule gets its own button on the order.
- Shows a button only on the orders it suits: a rule can be limited to certain payment methods, so it stays out of the way everywhere else.
- Sorts documents into folders by itself: the path template takes the year, month, day, order number, customer and company name, and the folders are created on the first upload.
- Counts the year and month from the order date or from the payment date, as you prefer: invoices are usually filed by order date, delivery notes by payment date.
- Works with SFTP, FTPS and plain FTP storages, and with a folder on the same server when the accounting drive is mounted there.
- Tests the connection before the first upload: the shop writes a probe file, reads it back and tells you whether the folder is writable.
- Records every upload in the order history, so you always see which document went out and when. If the connection drops, the shop retries on its own.
What you need
- The storage details: server address, login and password. A folder on the same server needs only the path.
- Document forms live in «Settings» → «Printed forms»: a rule sends the form you picked in it.
What we fixed
The add-on now runs on fresh versions of its libraries. The previous versions had known vulnerabilities, and those are now closed. Documents go to your storage as before, and there’s nothing to set up.
Fixed
The shop now sorts documents into folders by the date in its own time zone. Before, documents for an order placed after midnight Kyiv time went into yesterday's folder, and on the 1st even into last month's folder. The date in the file name is correct now too.
What's fixed
The order number in the file name and folder is now plain digits: "Delivery note 10067155.pdf", with no hash sign in front. Previously the number went to the storage the way the shop displays it, and accountants had to look for files with "#" in the name.
What's new
The upload rule now shows the resulting path right under the placeholders, for example "INVOICES 2026/JULY/Invoice 10039.pdf". The example is built on the latest order that matches the rule's payment methods and updates as you edit the folder and file name. You no longer need to guess what the placeholders turn into or send a test document to check.
What's fixed
The upload rule form is tidier. The "Button on the order" switch and the status choice for automatic sending now sit side by side, and "Rule is active" is set apart, so the settings no longer run together. Paired fields line up at the same height, and the folder and file name placeholders wrap in even rows.

Secure connection and settings in the common style
Documents can now be uploaded over secure FTP: the connection type is picked from a list instead of being guessed from the address. Rule settings follow the common style of the panel — which template, which folder and when to send are visible at a glance. The documents folder is readable by your accountant, and the plugin now has its own icon in the lists.

You define the rules: which form to send, into which folder, under which name, and for which payment methods the button appears. Folders are created from a template with the year, month and order number substituted, and the year and month are counted from the order date or the payment date, as you prefer. SFTP, FTPS and plain FTP storages are supported, as well as a folder on the same server. Every upload is recorded in the order history, and if the connection drops the shop retries by itself.
