KeyCRM

Shop orders, requests and stock in KeyCRM: managers work in one place, and the shop sees their decisions.

Screenshots are coming soon.

The add-on connects the shop to KeyCRM so that managers handle orders in one place. An order from the website goes to KeyCRM straight away together with the customer, products, delivery and payment, and the total in KeyCRM matches the shop total to the cent. When a manager changes the status or takes a payment in KeyCRM, the shop learns about it by itself: the customer gets their emails and the goods are taken off stock.

What it does

  • Sends orders to KeyCRM right after checkout or once the order reaches a status you choose. Changes to the order in the shop follow it there.
  • Passes statuses and payments both ways. KeyCRM statuses are already matched to the shop statuses by meaning, and you can change that matching.
  • Keeps stock in sync both ways per warehouse: a sale through KeyCRM lowers availability on the website, and receipts and stocktaking in the shop reach KeyCRM.
  • Sends callback requests and abandoned carts as cards to the pipeline you choose, and customers right after they register on the website.
  • Moves the catalogue from KeyCRM into a new shop with categories, variants, photos, prices and stock. If the catalogue is already kept in the shop, it uploads it to KeyCRM.

What you need

A KeyCRM account and an API access key. In KeyCRM you create an order source; for stock you turn on warehouse accounting, and requests need a pipeline. For KeyCRM changes to reach the shop instantly, you add webhooks in KeyCRM pointing to the address the add-on shows. Moving the catalogue requires the «Migration from other platforms» add-on.

1.0.2 23.10.2026

What we fixed

The add-on’s hints, description and guide now name panel sections the same way the menu does. Some paths used to point to places like Settings → Add-ons, which are gone since CartiX 2.131.0.

1.0.1 20.10.2026

Fixed

On the order page, the time of the last sync with KeyCRM and the times in the log now follow shop time. Before, an order sent at 22:39 Kyiv time was shown as sent at 19:39.

What to do after installing

Open «Platform → Add-ons → KeyCRM», paste the API key and choose the order source. The source is created in KeyCRM settings, and any type will do. For KeyCRM changes to reach the shop instantly, add webhooks in KeyCRM pointing to the address the add-on shows. Requires CartiX core 2.94.0 or newer.
