Rozetka
Shop products on Rozetka on a schedule, Rozetka orders right in the «Orders» section, statuses and waybills back to Rozetka.

The add-on uploads your products to the Rozetka marketplace and receives orders from it. The shop builds the price list in the Rozetka format itself and refreshes it on a schedule, and you paste its permanent link into your Rozetka seller account once. Rozetka orders appear in the Orders section next to the orders from your site, at the Rozetka price and with stock reserved for them.
What it does
- Builds the Rozetka price list: names and descriptions in Russian and Ukrainian, up to 15 photos, the price and old price, stock, brand, SKU and attributes. Each product variant goes as a separate item.
- Loads the Rozetka lists with your seller account login: you link your categories to Rozetka categories and your attributes and their values to Rozetka parameters. Numbers go in Rozetka units.
- Uploads the whole catalog or chosen categories, with a markup and rounding, in the languages you need; a marketplace can have several uploads.
- Shows in advance which products Rozetka will not accept and why: no brand, no description, no photos.
- Every five minutes takes the orders from Rozetka: finds the buyer by phone, puts the Nova Poshta branch into the order and reserves stock.
- Tells Rozetka what happened to the order: taken into work or cancelled with the reason you chose, the waybill number, a link to the receipt for Rozetka payments, a refund to the buyer.
- A minute after a sale on your site reports the new stock to Rozetka, so a sold product is not bought twice.
What you need
A Rozetka seller account. The price list is built without the login too, but with the Rozetka lists products pass moderation faster. Orders and stock need the account login and password of a user with rights to orders and products.

What’s new
Rozetka now sends its orders to your shop. They appear in the Orders section at the Rozetka price, with stock reserved for them. When you take an order into work, Rozetka sees the status «Processed by manager». The waybill number goes to Rozetka on its own, and a cancellation by the buyer cancels the order in the shop too. The shop marks Rozetka payments in the order, sends Rozetka a link to your cash register receipt and makes refunds through Rozetka. What to do after the update
Turn on order receiving on the Orders tab of the Rozetka screen and choose a cancellation reason: without it Rozetka will not accept an order cancelled in the shop. The Rozetka seller account user needs rights to orders and products.
